Viktoriya sold our home in September 2010.

Throughout our transaction, Viktoriya always acted in a professional manner. She gave solid

advice, answered our questions, returned our phone calls promptly, acted politely using

impeccable manners and consistently showing a high level of integrity even in difficult

situations. Our particular sale provided many challenges and opportunities to show these

skills. Her paperwork was always properly detailed and completed in a timely manner.

To sell our home quickly, Viktoriya helped us price it right, wrote an attractive walk-through

and designed a brochure of our home, including professional photography. We liked that she

was open to our input about this marketing process.

Our listing hit the market and was on MLS two days later. We had three showings the first

weekend. Our listing was in the local paper every issue until its sale. If deals fell through it

was promptly re-shown.

It sold in 99 days after 10 viewings during the summer of 2010 (a very slow market). It was a

difficult sale to negotiate, since the buyers believed they could purchase the property far

below market value. We felt we could listen to Vyktorya's advice while remaining in control of

the sale. It finally sold for 94% of our asking price.

At the buyer's insistence, our possession time was an unheard-of three days! Meeting the

contract requirements was simple on our side because Viktoriya had clearly outlined our

obligations from the first day we decided to list.

The best part of our sale was dealing with Viktoriya. She met many challenges and was

willing to make the sale happen by looking for solutions other than price reductions. Her

positive attitude and advice about house preparations did make a difference. We sold our

house relatively quickly and at a fair price.
